Responsibilities
Support Sales teams in complex enterprise deals with deep technical expertise
Act as a subject matter expert for architecture, integrations, and platform best practices
Deliver tailored product demos, including code-level customization for complex use cases
Build long-term customer relationships and ensure ongoing success with Pimcore
Identify growth and upsell opportunities within existing accounts
Proactively monitor customer satisfaction and mitigate churn risks early
Collaborate with Product, Sales, and Marketing teams to share customer insights
Requirements
Degree in Business, IT, Marketing, or a related field
Experience in Pre-Sales, Technical Consulting, Customer Success, or SaaS/PaaS environments
Solid understanding of software architectures, APIs, integrations, and data modeling
Experience with enterprise platforms such as PIM, DAM, CMS, DXP, or eCommerce systems
Fluent in English and German
Willingness to travel occasionally (approx. 5–10%)
