About the role
- Assistant Manager for overseeing shipping agency network and corporate governance at PIL. Engaging across regions to enhance performance and lead strategic financial initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of several countries in agency corporate governance, agency performance management and agency commercial-related activities
- Collaborate closely with the Agency Finance Controller on Financial matters of the Entities within your portfolio
- Plan and finalize annual budgets with active participation from agencies and HQ stakeholders
- Lead the investigation and integrate stakeholders’ feedback and perspective into problem solving processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Corporate Law, Maritime Studies or a related field
- Advanced degrees or relevant certifications (e.g., ACCA) be advantageous
- Minimum 3 - 5 years in Corporate Management
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Familiarity with the container shipping industry is a plus.
