Responsibilities
Manage a portfolio of several countries in agency corporate governance, agency performance management and agency commercial-related activities
Collaborate closely with the Agency Finance Controller on Financial matters of the Entities within your portfolio
Plan and finalize annual budgets with active participation from agencies and HQ stakeholders
Lead the investigation and integrate stakeholders’ feedback and perspective into problem solving processes.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Corporate Law, Maritime Studies or a related field
Advanced degrees or relevant certifications (e.g., ACCA) be advantageous
Minimum 3 - 5 years in Corporate Management
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Familiarity with the container shipping industry is a plus.
