About the role

  • Responsible for internal communication within the BU Operations at Pierre Fabre. Bridging communication between stakeholders and ensuring strategic objectives are met while embracing transformation.

Responsibilities

  • Define and implement the communication strategy for our key internal stakeholders
  • Support the transformation and execution of the OPS strategic plan through effective communication
  • Coordinate and roll out the corporate communication plan within the BU Operations
  • Contribute to the organization and production of internal events
  • Develop and implement effective crisis communication strategies
  • Design and monitor performance indicators

Requirements

  • Significant experience in communications
  • Understanding of strategic, business and people-related challenges
  • Excellent multimedia writing skills
  • Adaptability and intellectual agility
  • Empathy and project management skills
  • Fluency in English
