About the role
- Transformation Office Analyst responsible for supporting Transformation Office team and initiative delivery. Collaborating on reporting and problem-solving with organizational leaders.
Responsibilities
- Support problem solving with initiative Owners and Workstream Lead
- Identify initiative roadblocks or delays and communicate to TO team
- Ensure adherence to TO guidelines and processes; modify and reconcile reports when underlying data structures change; support documentation creation as required by Stage gates (L-gates)
- Partner with organizational leaders in a consultative nature to provide leadership to initiative resources in a manner that ensures timely delivery on commitments/tasks in support of broader initiative deliverables
- Align and lead cross-organizational resources to ensure successful delivery of the initiative
- Utilizing Wave Program Management tool, Excel or PowerPoint to design and prepare presentations and reports
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in business area or related field
- 5 years + required in a consulting, finance or planning work environment
- Experience supporting transformation initiatives, including data analysis, KPI tracking and project coordination.
- Experience in Wave Program Management Tool a plus
