About the role

  • Marketing Coordination Manager responsible for operational support in our marketing function for digital transformation. Focus on lead management, event logistics, and team leadership.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the addition, assignment, and tracking of leads
  • Manage marketing inboxes to ensure enquiries are handled promptly
  • Take ownership of MDF claims, invoices, and portal activity
  • Coordinate the planning and execution of events and exhibitions
  • Provide day‑to‑day leadership to the Marketing Coordination Team

Requirements

  • Experience in marketing coordination, operations, administration, or similar roles
  • Experience managing or supporting a team, including development and one‑to‑ones
  • Ability to manage lead processes and reporting
  • Experience coordinating events, webinars, exhibitions, or conferences
  • Confident communicator with strong written and verbal skills
  • Highly organised, detail‑focused, and able to manage multiple priorities
  • Comfortable working cross‑functionally with sales, marketing, and external partners
  • Proficiency with marketing tools or CRMs such as HubSpot or Dynamics 365
  • Strong ability to analyse data and reports using tools such as Excel or Power BI
