About the role

  • Solutions Marketing Lead at Entegris driving market awareness and sales enablement for Materials Solutions division. Collaborating with teams to develop content, campaigns, and performance metrics.

Responsibilities

  • Develop Content to Drive Product Consideration and Brand Awareness
  • Collaborate with business unit leaders, product managers, subject matter experts to define and articulate differentiated value propositions for our solutions, ensuring messaging highlights unique benefits and competitive advantages to our targeted audiences
  • Develop compelling content - including marketing campaigns, case studies, thought leadership pieces, presentations, web copy, advertising, event messaging – that supports the sales process and effectively communicates solution value
  • Lead the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns to generate demand, and interest utilizing created content, promote campaigns via social, email, advertising as appropriate and measure/report on campaign effectiveness
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop sales enablement materials – presentations, brochures, battle cards, playbooks, videos - that clearly communicate the unique benefits and competitive advantages of our offering to our targeted audiences
  • Support successful product launches by delivering comprehensive sales enablement packages, promotional materials and supporting activities
  • Facilitate alignment and communication between sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure consistent messaging and execution
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track the effectiveness of solutions marketing and sales enablement initiatives
  • Track and analyze campaign performance, content engagement, sales pipeline metrics and market trends to optimize strategies and drive continuous improvement

Requirements

  • A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing Communications, Business Administration or other related field with an emphasis on marketing, advertising, or public relations
  • At least 8 years progressive professional experience in a B2B marketing, product marketing, or solutions marketing role
  • Proven ability to develop value propositions and translate technical concepts into clear, compelling messaging
  • Strong experience in sales enablement, content development, and integrated campaign execution
  • Excellent communication, writing, storytelling, presentation, and collaboration skills
  • Ability to create innovative messages that sets Entegris apart in the market
  • Ability to build strong business partnerships and influence technical groups to see the value of a variety of marketing solutions
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative, creative, results-driven environment
  • Experience with digital and social media marketing & analytics
  • Proficiency with HubSpot and/or Salesforce helpful
  • A thorough understanding of and exposure to the semiconductor market, semiconductor manufacturing, or adjacent markets would be a plus.
