Responsibilities

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with various teams for data-driven improvements
  • Manage Voice-of-Customer (VOC) initiatives and generate analytics for improvement
  • Use AI and digital tools to analyze structured and unstructured data
  • Create real-time customer journey insights and support decision-making
  • Lead initiatives for digital features, process enhancements, and best practices
  • Communicate insights using data visualizations

Requirements

  • bachelor’s degree in Market Research, Data Analysis, Digital Marketing, Business Intelligence, or a related field (master’s degree a plus)
  • 5+ years of analytical experience incorporating customer CRM and transactional data
  • hands-on expertise in advanced analytics, AI, automation, and digitalization projects
  • strong emphasis on Power BI, Azure Databricks, Excel
  • strong skills in creatively communicating complex insights to diverse audiences up to C-Suite level
