  • Drive root cause elimination for recurring data issues, prioritizing systemic fixes over manual corrections.
  • Position master data as a foundational asset for AI driven and automated planning, ensuring parameters are fit for purpose for optimization, simulation, and agentic AI use cases.
  • Partner with Data Owners, Digital, and Advanced Analytics teams to enable parameter automation and mass recalibration.
  • Reduce manual interventions through rules based and AI enabled controls.
  • Progressively move humans from “in the loop” to “on / out of the loop”.

  • Act as a change leader for NexGen Supply Planning, driving the transition from local, manual master data ownership to a centralized, standardized, and automated operating model.
  • Shape and communicate a clear enterprise narrative for planning master data, aligning stakeholders on why the change is needed and how it supports NexGen outcomes.
  • Lead the adoption of new ways of working, ensuring master data management evolves in step with NexGen process, system, and organizational changes.
  • Serve as the single accountable owner for planning master data across the end to end supply chain, interfacing with senior stakeholders in Network Planning, Site Planning, RSSC, Digital, and Business Units.
