Requirements
- BA/BS degree in Business, Science, or related field
- 12+ years of experience or Master's/MBA with 10+ years of experience
- Proven track record in strategy consulting or a similar role
- Experience in managing complex projects and leading cross-functional teams
- Exceptional analytical skills
- Strong leadership skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Adept at stakeholder management
- Deep understanding of the pharmaceutical industry
- Knowledge of regulatory affairs and compliance
- Lean, Six Sigma, and/or Agile methodology experience
