About the role

  • Sales representative for the PFEIFFER & MAY Group focusing on customer relationships and market strategies. Aiming to enhance revenue and profitability in the HVAC field.

Responsibilities

  • You strengthen existing customer relationships and acquire new customers
  • You identify targeted solutions and recommend appropriate new products and services for your customers
  • You align the sales strategy with market and competitor developments as well as customer needs and trends
  • You prepare customer visits and digitally document them
  • You collaborate transparently with inside sales, the showroom and counter/pick-up sales

Requirements

  • Outgoing and professional demeanor with a passion for sales and customer consulting
  • Numerical aptitude, quick comprehension and ambition to consistently pursue sales targets
  • Technical knowledge in plumbing, heating and HVAC or willingness to acquire these skills
  • Structured, goal-oriented and digitally focused way of working
  • Ideally, previous experience in sales/field sales
