Responsibilities
Manage Distributors to optimize financial performance, ensure compliance with PLI Brasil's code of conduct, and align with the distribution strategy.
Manage relationships with Distributors, supporting process and sales improvements, and ensuring achievement of KPIs defined by PLI Brasil.
Maintain an integrated view of Distributors' businesses, covering finance, logistics, commercial, HR, technology, marketing, customer relations and HSSE.
Develop and monitor Distributors' annual and monthly plans, set targets, analyze results and propose corrective actions.
Participate in Distributors' sales meetings, promote best practices and support strategy and route planning.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Marketing, Financial Management and/or related fields;
Previous experience in the commercial/sales area;
Experience in People Management;
Experience managing indirect channels;
Intermediate to advanced MS Office skills.
MBA in a field related to the role;
Experience managing direct channels;
Knowledge of the oil and lubricants market.
