- Participate in Distributors' sales meetings, promote best practices and support strategy and route planning.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Marketing, Financial Management and/or related fields;
- Previous experience in the commercial/sales area;
- Experience in People Management;
- Experience managing indirect channels;
- Intermediate to advanced MS Office skills.
- MBA in a field related to the role;
- Experience managing direct channels;
- Knowledge of the oil and lubricants market.
