Responsibilities
Lead Lactacyd brand across Poland, Baltics and Ukraine
Manage brand equity and positioning across all communication and distribution channels
Create powerful 360° campaigns: media, digital, social and purpose-driven platforms
Work with global category teams, influencing central strategy
Build long-term brand equity and drive market share, sales and profitability
Develop annual brand activation plans
Lead full-funnel activation campaigns
Turn deep analytics & consumer insights into actionable marketing strategies
Identify new business opportunities and address unmet customer needs
Own A&P budget and share marketing plans with internal teams
Maintain strong market knowledge on competitors and market environment
Requirements
Master’s degree
At least 4 years of marketing experience, preferably in pharma, FMCG, skin or personal care
Independent management with full responsibility for brand strategy and performance
Deep understanding of consumer insights, market trends and shifts, digital environment
High sense of responsibility, assertiveness, self-reflection
Strong team player, experience working in cross-functional and international teams
Strong analytical skills and strategic thinking
Can-do attitude and strong prioritization skills
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Fluent in English both spoken and written
