About the role
- Managing inventory and stock availability for Pernod Ricard Brasil while ensuring effective supply chain execution and data analysis.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for controlling, analyzing and creating action plans for stock availability, seeking opportunities in the management of distribution center inventories, port releases, reworks and maintenance of available stock; managing stock availability by SKU/DC, overseeing warehouse capacity and leading processes related to S&OE (Sales & Operations Execution), implementing automation and controls for the area.
- Manage stock by DC, monitoring imports and production and sharing weekly capacity projections per warehouse with the D&L team.
- Plan daily transfers between DCs to meet stock policy by DC while respecting movement and storage capacities.
- Prepare and lead weekly S&OE meetings, influencing decisions on storage, import pulls and production through accurate data analysis.
- Ensure SKU release when stock is available, supporting the Customer Service team with guidance on substitutions between SKUs, directing stock to specific customers, and advising on the use of unavailable products.
- Provide Marketing and Trade Marketing teams with forecasts for SKU release and/or discontinuation dates.
- Prepare presentations of daily operational results related to stockouts and closing KPIs.
- Manage rework of imported items (CDC and case), and coordinate with the Logistics team on reworks and releases of blocked products. Define prioritization orders and conduct weekly follow-ups with the logistics team.
- Maintain control and daily reporting of stock availability.
- Monitor JDE controls for the validity/expiry of EAN and DUN codes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration or related fields;
- Intermediate Excel;
- Basic Power BI;
- Basic English;
- Experience in consumer goods companies is desirable.
