About the role
- Senior Accounting Analyst ensuring compliance and providing insights for improvement in financial processes. Handling complex analyses and being the contact point for external audits.
Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance and efficiency of accounting processes, and provide insights to improve day-to-day operations.
- Perform complex analyses.
- Act as the focal point for the accounting close process and the preparation of workpapers for the financial statements.
- Serve as the primary contact for external audits and consulting firms.
- Support SAP S/4HANA testing.
- Responsible for account reconciliations of balance sheet accounts for the group's operations.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting with active CRC (Regional Accounting Council) registration.
- More than 5 years of accounting experience, preferably in fintechs, the financial sector, or a Big Four firm.
- Strong knowledge of accounting standards (CPC, IFRS).
- Proficiency in SAP.
