Responsibilities
Undertake assignments with business lines or IT departments on transformation projects or operational strategy for asset management firms specializing in non-listed assets (Private Equity, Infrastructure, Private Debt)
Contribute to the creation or outsourcing of activities, define target operating models, and select key service providers (custodian, valuation agent, distribution platform…) or information systems (dealflow, portfolio monitoring, investor register, investor extranet…)
Help consolidate the firm’s knowledge on key topics relevant to our GP and LP clients (regulatory monitoring, retailisation of non-listed assets, ELTIF V2 funds, product innovation…)
Conduct market studies on the organization and systems used by non-listed asset management players
Develop new consulting offerings and take them to market
Manage a team of consultants specialized in non-listed assets
Requirements
Master’s degree from an engineering school, business school, or a university master’s program
Significant experience (minimum 10 years) leading transformation projects in the asset management sector or investor services
