About the role
- Consultant supporting clients in Assurance Vie with strategy and management projects. Engaging in various missions and developing expertise within the financial services market.
Responsibilities
- Support our clients — including executive management and business units — who are major players in the life insurance market (insurers, financial institutions, distribution platforms, etc.)
- Participate in consulting assignments in strategy, organization and project management
- Broaden your experience and consolidate your skills by working on a variety of assignments: opportunity studies & launch of new activities, design of new product & service offerings, performance improvement & management: audits, reorganizations, process optimization, redefinition and team support
- Regulatory compliance: GDPR, AML/CFT (LCB-FT), ESG/SFDR & CSRD, IDD (DDA), PRIIPs, PACTE law…
- Assist in selecting operational or IT services and solutions: front office, middle office, back office
- Digitalization of business processes (digital customer journeys, e-signature, robotic process automation)
Requirements
- Engineering degree, business school diploma or Master’s degree (Master 2), ideally with a specialization in Finance/Insurance
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in organizational consulting gained at a consulting firm in the finance/insurance sector
- Knowledge of financial products (UCITS, equities, bonds, private equity, …)
- Familiarity with the savings market, life insurance and distribution channels
- Project methodology
- Strong analytical and synthesis skills
- Professional working proficiency in English
- Client service orientation and focus on customer satisfaction
- Autonomy and strong organizational skills
- Rigour and analytical ability
