Requirements
- Diplôme d'ingénieur en Chimie ou Génie des Procédés
- Expérience d'au moins 10 ans en industrie chimique sur un site Seveso
- Gestion d'une équipe de plus de 100 personnes
- Capacité à fédérer des équipes techniques et anticiper besoins et changements
- Respect des règles EHS définies par BASF et les autorités
- Participation au maintien des certifications ISO 9001 et 14001
- Anglais courant (écrit et oral)
- Connaissance avérée de SAP
