Responsibilities

  • Analyze clients' content management needs and recommend tailored Enterprise Content Management solutions to improve workflow and storage efficiency
  • Assist in designing and implementing Enterprise Content Management strategies that align with the clients' business goals, including document management, digital asset management, and records management
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Enterprise Content Management solutions with existing systems and processes
  • Facilitate client-facing demonstrations, presentations, and training sessions on Enterprise Content Management tools and best practices to support successful adoption and utilization
  • Develop documentation, including process maps, user guides, and technical specifications

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 1+ years of experience with Content Management System(ECM), CRM, ERP or similar systems
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills for effective client engagement, demonstrations, and collaboration
  • Communicate effectively in English, in writing and verbally
  • Demonstrate a passion for technology and willingness to learn new technologies
