About the role

  • Analista Fiscal Pleno responsible for ensuring tax compliance and supporting fiscal obligations in a hybrid role. Key responsibilities include calculating taxes and preparing tax filings.

Responsibilities

  • Calculate, verify and determine taxes such as PIS/COFINS, ICMS, IPI and ICMS-ST;
  • Prepare and submit ancillary tax obligations, including tax returns and Digital Tax Bookkeeping (EFD);
  • Control and reconcile accounting accounts related to taxes;
  • Review and validate incoming and outgoing tax documents, ensuring correct fiscal and tax classification;
  • Support the development and update of tax procedures, aiming to improve and standardize routines;
  • Calculate taxes on imported services (invoices);
  • Monitor updates to tax legislation and apply them correctly to company processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Law, Accounting, Business Administration or related fields;
  • Previous experience as a Tax Analyst;
  • Knowledge of fiscal automation systems (Synchro);
  • Strong Excel skills and familiarity with tax routines;
  • Analytical ability, organizational skills and attention to detail;
  • Good verbal and written communication skills;
  • Ability to work with deadlines and handle a high volume of information;
  • Ability to interpret and correctly apply tax legislation.
