Responsibilities
- Transform our ambitions into concrete results by building the operational infrastructure that enables our Sales and Customer Success teams to perform at their highest level.
- Own the acquisition and activation performance for the Financial Services track.
- Streamline day-to-day operations for client-facing teams by automating low-value tasks and optimizing processes.
- Monitor key KPIs, identify bottlenecks, and deliver concrete solutions.
- Drive high-impact cross-functional initiatives with direct visibility to senior management.
- Partner with Product, Sales, and Customer Success leadership to define and implement operational roadmaps aligned with business objectives.
- Design scalable processes to support growing Sales and Account Management teams.
- Equip teams with the right tools and automate repetitive tasks to maximize productivity.
- Lead comprehensive analyses to identify growth opportunities and operational inefficiencies.
- Translate data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
- Own end-to-end strategic initiatives: from ideation to deployment and results measurement.
- Own a track OKR focused on acquisition and activation, ensuring clear objectives and accountability for results.
