Responsibilities
Transform our ambitions into concrete results by building the operational infrastructure that enables our Sales and Customer Success teams to perform at their highest level.
Own the acquisition and activation performance for the Financial Services track.
Streamline day-to-day operations for client-facing teams by automating low-value tasks and optimizing processes.
Monitor key KPIs, identify bottlenecks, and deliver concrete solutions.
Drive high-impact cross-functional initiatives with direct visibility to senior management.
Partner with Product, Sales, and Customer Success leadership to define and implement operational roadmaps aligned with business objectives.
Design scalable processes to support growing Sales and Account Management teams.
Equip teams with the right tools and automate repetitive tasks to maximize productivity.
Lead comprehensive analyses to identify growth opportunities and operational inefficiencies.
Translate data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
Own end-to-end strategic initiatives: from ideation to deployment and results measurement.
Own a track OKR focused on acquisition and activation, ensuring clear objectives and accountability for results.
Requirements
