About the role
- Refine and update the Product Strategy at the Accounting track level
- Shape and promote the Product Design vision and culture at Pennylane
- Represent design in executive forums and act as the voice of our users
- Lead and mentor a team of 3 Product Design Managers
- Help the team balance speed, quality, and design consistency
- Co-lead the Design Committee and design rituals
Requirements
- Proven experience working directly with C-level executives and executive committees
- Ability to simplify complex topics and communicate clearly with senior stakeholders
- Strong strategic and design mindset
- Extensive experience in complex product environments
