About the role

  • Visual Designer responsible for producing marketing materials for Pennylane's Product Marketing initiatives. Collaborating with various teams to create cohesive visuals that support brand awareness and acquisition.

Responsibilities

  • Design and produce visual assets for Pennylane's Product Marketing
  • Work with Product Marketing, Brand Design, and Content teams
  • Produce GTM Campaigns, CRM visuals, web visuals, event materials
  • Adapt concepts for multiple formats
  • Maintain visual consistency with brand guidelines
  • Propose creative variations and iterate based on data
  • Manage project production pipelines
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and freelancers
  • Contribute to marketing design system documentation

Requirements

  • Speak English (level assessed)
  • Energized by a shifting work environment
  • Highly collaborative
  • Experienced enough to prioritize business-led actions
