About the role

  • Helpdesk Assistant Intern at Pelico ensuring seamless IT operations and support for employees. Engaging in IT system administration, security compliance, and DevOps-related tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Provide responsive IT support for employees, resolving technical issues efficiently
  • Manage user accounts, access, and permissions across Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Slack, Linear, Teamviewer, Keeper, OpsGenie, Notion and other tools
  • Set up, format, and reinstall OS on Mac and PC devices
  • Administer servers, storage, and firewalls (PfSense) to maintain stable IT operations
  • Assist in updating and managing Docker containers

Requirements

  • Managing IT infrastructure, MDM tools, and SaaS applications
  • Providing IT support across multiple operating systems (Mac, Windows, Linux)
  • Understanding IT security policies and implementation guidelines
  • Supporting Docker applications and Linux server administration
  • Creating and maintaining IT procedures in Notion
