About the role

  • Technical Sales Engineer for BESISTA fastening systems, managing existing customers and acquiring new clients in Germany. Collaborating closely with technical support and product management teams in a hybrid work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Technical sales of the BESISTA tension and compression rod system as well as other fastening systems
  • Active account management and consulting for existing customers (steel and timber builders, engineering offices, architects, construction companies)
  • New customer acquisition and expansion of the sales network
  • Technical advice and support for customers in selecting and applying the systems
  • Conduct product presentations, trainings and technical workshops
  • Close collaboration with technical inside sales and product management

Requirements

  • Completed technical qualification in civil engineering, structural steel or timber construction
  • Several years' experience in technical sales or project consulting
  • Good knowledge of structural and connection technology in building construction
  • Confident handling of technical drawings, structural calculations (statics) and tender documents
  • Proficient user of common office applications (MS Office, CRM systems)
  • Very good spoken and written German and good English
