About the role

  • Looking for a highly organised Advanced Associate to provide operational support across training and content development. Ideal for someone with administrative and coordination experience.

Responsibilities

  • Provides essential administrative support across training, content development, and progression activities
  • Coordinates training materials, managing schedules and logistics, supporting content publishing
  • Responds to queries and assists with training delivery workflows
  • Covers broader administrative tasks such as managing inboxes and calendars
  • Processes purchase orders, maintains records, compiles reports, and performs quality checks in support of stakeholders
  • Support progression and recognition activities through outreach coordination, data entry, and record maintenance.

Requirements

  • Graduate of any Bachelor's degree course
  • Fresh graduates to 1 - 2 years of work experience are preferred for the role.
