Responsibilities

  • Use our case management system to handle, document, and close customer cases efficiently and on time

  • Track key operational metrics related to onboarding and data quality
  • Follow structured procedures to ensure consistent and excellent customer service
  • Respond to user and customer inquiries via phone and email, always providing timely updates
  • Perform general administrative and support tasks to help the team deliver on its targets

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of experience in a contact centre or similar customer-facing support role
  • Excellent spoken and written communication skills in both English and Maltese
  • Confident in handling customer communications via phone and email in a professional, service-driven manner
  • Skilled in using case or ticketing systems to manage and resolve requests
  • Familiarity with business software tools like Outlook, Excel, and virtual phone systems
  • Meticulous attention to detail with a structured, process-oriented approach to tasks
  • Collaborative attitude with a willingness to support others across operational teams
