About the role
- IT Operations role at DRÄXLMAIER managing IT service requests and incidents, providing first level support and documenting procedures.
Responsibilities
- Ghi nhận và phân loại các yêu cầu dịch vụ IT và sự cố IT toàn cầu, và xử lý chúng trong hỗ trợ cấp một cũng như có thể là hỗ trợ cấp hai, tuân thủ các quy trình ITSM, các tiêu chuẩn và hướng dẫn IT hiện hành

- Tạo giải pháp cho các vấn đề đơn giản cho cơ sở dữ liệu giải pháp, theo các hướng dẫn định trước

Requirements
