About the role
- Senior Designer & Team Lead responsible for creating high-quality visual concepts for clients at PB3C. Leading a design team while ensuring consistency and quality across projects.
Responsibilities
- Creative leadership & design
- Development and management of visual concepts for social media, campaigns, brand identities, and audiovisual formats
- Ensuring a consistent and high-quality design standard across all projects and channels
- Hands-on contribution to the design and production of social media content (posts, stories, reels, ads) and videos for our clients
- Technical and disciplinary leadership of the design team
- Coaching and professional development of designers (junior to senior)
- Resource and capacity planning
- Close collaboration with social media, strategy, and content teams
- Translating client briefings into creative solutions
- Presenting and defending design concepts to internal stakeholders and clients
- Establishing and evolving design processes and standards
- Ownership of process and quality control within the design team
- Monitoring trends and innovations in design & communications
Requirements
- Several years of experience (min. 5–7 years) in graphic design within an agency environment
- Experience leading teams or a clear ambition to take on responsibility
- Strong sense for brand design and corporate identity, including digital and audiovisual formats
- Experience developing campaigns and corporate designs
- Confident use of common design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, etc.) and experience with video editing and animation tools
- Proficient in using and implementing AI tools within design processes (automation, content creation)
- Strong conceptual skills, especially for digital channels
- Motivation to set new standards and develop agency capabilities further
- Strong communication, presentation skills, and a structured way of working
- Very good German and English skills
