- Lead program management and execution of PayPal's data marketplace product coordinating with teams across different risk stripes, multiple product, and engineering teams.
- Scope, plan, and manage a portfolio of engineering operational programs.
- Provide technical guidance and support to program teams.
- Establish and maintain program management processes and standards.
- Monitor program progress and performance against objectives.
- Communicate program status and issues to senior leadership.
- Manage program budgets and resources.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
Requirements
- 8+ years relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree OR Any equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience with program management methodologies and tools within an engineering environment.
- Proven ability to manage complex technical programs involving data, ML, and risk systems.
- Strong understanding of data architectures, APIs, and cloud technologies (e.g., GCP, Snowflake).
- Experience orchestrating multi-team engineering initiatives from concept to production release.
- Demonstrated ability to partner with cross-functional leaders in product, data, and risk domains.
- Able to convey complex technical information clearly.
