Requirements
- 8+ years relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree OR Any equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience of managing global partnerships and delivering results in a complex, fast-paced environment.
- Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Deep knowledge of card network rules, bulletins, and compliance frameworks.
- Ability to interpret regulatory and network requirements and translate them into practical guidance.
- Ability to think creatively and strategically, with a focus on long-term partnership success.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional communication and collaboration abilities, with experience working in cross-functional teams.
- Experience operating in large, matrixed organizations with multiple product lines.
