Responsibilities
Creation and updating of performance reports
Management of KPIs, responsible for monitoring the overall results of the business unit and assessing where there are opportunities and threats
Refine more detailed analyses to support decision-making
Act as the area’s focal point with stakeholders, ensuring the execution of the planned initiatives
Ability to manage daily challenges, stay organized, and monitor performance
Interface with global teams to ensure process alignment, benchmarking, and identification of opportunities
Requirements

Advanced Excel (macros are a plus)
Analytical profile focused on studying opportunities and threats — able to consolidate different information sources to build a narrative and influence decision-making
Experience analyzing data using spreadsheets and analytics platforms (e.g., Power BI, Looker, Metabase, HEX)
Experience preparing documents and presentations to support decision-making
Experience with, or strong desire to learn about, e-commerce and digital channels
