About the role

  • Junior Brand Manager at Essor overseeing e-commerce brand strategy and performance with P&L accountability. Collaborating cross-functionally to manage and optimize brand operational aspects.

Responsibilities

  • Takes full responsibility for a brand’s performance, with complete control over its P&L, sales, and profitability.
  • Co-defines the brand's roadmap and is responsible for its implementation, from initial data analysis to final execution.
  • Manages and optimizes all operational aspects of the brand on Amazon, DTC and Tiktok, including PPC strategy, listing optimization, inventory health, and fulfillment.
  • Leads all brand-related projects and coordinates with cross-functional teams (Creative, Supply Chain, etc.) to achieve objectives.
  • Develops comprehensive launch strategies, coordinating the execution of campaigns with cross-functional teams, and analyzing performance to inform future product decisions.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of e-commerce experience, with proven strategic and P&L management skills.
  • Advanced Excel & Google Sheets proficiency for complex financial and operational analysis.
  • Excellent analytical skills and a demonstrated expertise in managing and optimizing a brand's P&L.
  • High proficiency in data analysis using tools like Snowflake and Tableau.
  • Comprehensive understanding of all aspects of e-commerce operations.
