About the role

  • Commercial Sédentaire managing client relations for Exhibit Group, a leader in e-commerce and branding solutions. Engaging in active client portfolio management and service delivery with an emphasis on satisfaction and digital tools.

Responsibilities

  • Drive business development and manage customer relationships
  • Proactively follow up on and actively manage the existing client portfolio
  • Prospect new clients and conduct outreach via digital channels
  • Handle incoming calls and email inquiries, providing technical and commercial advice
  • Manage orders: prepare quotes, initiate production and follow through until delivery
  • Liaise with production teams to ensure deadlines are met

Requirements

  • Prior experience in inside sales or customer relations
  • A BTS NDRC or equivalent qualification is desirable
  • Strong commercial drive and commitment to customer satisfaction
  • Comfortable using digital tools and working in e-commerce environments
  • Organized, detail-oriented and able to work independently
  • Excellent written communication and proficiency with office software
  • Knowledge of the signage or printing industry is a plus
