About the role

  • Advisor facilitating financing support for project holders in the local craftsmanship sector. Engaging in community development in Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes region in France.

Responsibilities

  • Welcoming and supporting project leaders
  • Processing "prêt d'honneur" files: analyzing projects and supporting entrepreneurs and business buyers in structuring their financing
  • Preparing, facilitating and summarizing approval committees
  • Monitoring repayments of honor loans and providing post-startup technical support
  • Administrative monitoring of the activity, producing quantitative and qualitative reports

Requirements

  • Master's degree (Bac+4/5) in entrepreneurship, business management, commerce, or marketing
  • Knowledge of the business environment (legal, tax, social, commercial)
  • Familiarity with local development
  • Experience preferred in business diagnosis and individual or group business support
  • Proficient with IT tools (spreadsheets, databases, word processing)
  • Autonomy, team spirit, good interpersonal skills, administrative rigor, adaptability, comfortable with public speaking
