About the role
- Adviseur Integration Services facilitating client integrations with software applications and providing user support. Ensuring positive relationships with software vendors and assisting in accounting file exports.
Responsibilities
- Als eerste aanspreekpunt binnen ons enthousiast team bied je eerstelijns ondersteuning voor vragen rond integraties met externe software toepassingen.
- Positieve en constructieve relaties onderhouden met de softwareleveranciers.
- Je helpt, adviseert en ondersteunt elke dag de gebruikers bij het exporteren en aanleveren van boekhoudkundige bestanden.
Requirements
- Je hebt een bachelor- of masterdiploma op zak.
- Kennis van boekhouding .
- Je voert deze gesprekken vlot in het Nederlands en Frans.
- Je bent een echte probleemoplosser.
