Responsibilities

  • Advises private customers via digital channels (telephone, video consultations, chat, co‑browsing)
  • Actively offers customers the full standardized product range for investments and personal loans
  • Confidently uses digital channels and tools in advisory interactions

Requirements

  • Commercial training in banking or an equivalent qualification
  • Good knowledge of the product range for private customers
  • Sales skills and enjoyment in interacting with our customers
  • Open and communicative personality
  • Strong willingness to learn and motivation for continuous development
  • Proficient in using PCs and software applications
