Requirements
Bachelor's degree in social work, psychology, or a related field preferred
Minimum of 2 years of experience in case management or social services
Knowledge of community resources and social service systems in Washington, DC
Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective client engagement
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
Proficient in case management software and documentation practices
Compassionate demeanor with a commitment to client advocacy
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation is preferred
