Senior Asset Manager at Domes Resorts supporting strategic growth by evaluating hotel investments and optimizing performance across hospitality real estate assets.
Responsibilities
Lead annual business planning, budgeting, reforecasting and long-range asset strategies for assigned resorts.
Monitor property P&L, cash flow, capex deployment and working capital, identifying risks and improvement opportunities.
Partner closely with Operations, Finance, Commercial, Marketing & Brand to optimize topline revenue and profitability.
Oversee asset value enhancement initiatives, including repositioning, renovation, upgrade and brand-alignment projects.
Support negotiations, due diligence and transaction processes for new properties and strategic expansion projects.
Act as a key liaison between the Owner/CEO and existing or prospective funds, investors, capital partners and other financial stakeholders, ensuring effective communication, alignment of objectives and strong ongoing collaboration.
Prepare regular asset performance reviews, investment updates and strategic recommendations for ownership and senior leadership.
Review capex proposals and business cases, ensuring ROI discipline, timing control and execution against approved plans.
Track market, competitor and destination trends to support pricing, positioning and investment decisions.
Ensure each asset operates in line with brand standards, objectives and legal/compliance requirements.
Support contract management, operator/owner alignment and negotiation of key stakeholder/commercial terms where required.
Lead due diligence, underwriting and transition support for acquisitions, new openings or portfolio expansion projects.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Real Estate, Hospitality Management or Business Administration; **Master’s degree will be considered an advantage**.
**7+ years of relevant experience** in asset management, hotel finance or hospitality real estate.
Strong financial, analytical and commercial skills, with experience in budgeting, forecasting, capex planning and investment analysis.
Proven ability to manage key stakeholders, including ownership, investors and senior leadership.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Advanced Excel skills; knowledge of hospitality reporting tools is a plus.
Fluency in English.
