About the role

  • Develop & Execute National Marketing Strategies
  • Partner with divisional leaders to understand service offerings, client needs, and opportunities for expansion.
  • Manage Multi-Channel National Campaigns
  • Support National Sales Team with tailored marketing materials.
  • Analyze Market Trends & Industry Insights to inform strategic direction.
  • Budget Management and Track spending.
  • Event & Sponsorship Coordination at the National Level.
  • Content Development and Messaging Alignment.
  • Performance Reporting & Optimization of marketing initiatives across channels.
  • Cross-Functional & Cross-Division Collaboration with various teams.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of marketing experience, ideally in construction, infrastructure, sports construction, utilities, or a multi-location service industry.
  • Proven success managing national or multi-region marketing programs.
  • Strong expertise in digital marketing (SEO, PPC, email, social media, analytics).
  • Ability to interpret data and turn insights into strategic recommendations.
  • Exceptional communication, project management, and organizational skills.
  • Experience managing budgets, agencies, and external vendor relationships.
  • Ability to travel occasionally for national events, division support, and meetings.
