- Built Go-based and TypeScript microservices to act as integration wrappers between legacy systems and modern SaaS platforms.
- Troubleshot VPN connectivity, IP whitelisting, firewall restrictions, and authentication failures in customer environments.
- Worked directly with enterprise IT, security, and engineering teams to resolve blockers and stabilize deployments.
- Acted as technical lead, mentoring engineers and defining integration patterns and best practices.
