Financial Planning Analyst supporting financial planning and performance management at Paraná Banco. Collaborating across departments to optimize financial processes and achieve strategic goals.
Responsibilities
Support the company's financial planning process, including preparation of the annual budget, forecast cycles, variance analyses (actual vs. budget vs. forecast) and continuous monitoring of results.
Lead the process of tracking and monitoring targets and OKRs, from collecting and validating results data with business areas, updating databases and indicators, to preparing management materials and organizing review forums and follow-up meetings.
Support financial performance management of the bank's products, channels and business areas, focusing on results analysis, expense control and optimization (especially within the Matrix Expense Management model – GMD), preparing reports and presentations for the board and senior management.
Collaborate with different departments to provide financial analyses, profitability studies and performance insights that support decision-making and the achievement of strategic objectives.
Contribute to the evolution of FP&A processes, routines and tools, seeking standardization, greater operational efficiency and improved quality of management information.
Requirements
Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Engineering or related fields.
Experience in FP&A, controllership and/or financial consulting.
Advanced Excel skills.
Clear and objective communication skills, with an analytical profile and business acumen.
Preferred experience extracting and manipulating data using SQL/Power Query.
