About the role

  • EA/Admin Assistant supporting VP Sales in managing day-to-day operations and reporting for Revenue Operations team. Ensuring compliance and producing high-quality reporting in a media environment.

Responsibilities

  • Supporting the VP Sales with the management of day to day operations and reporting (internally and externally) to support the Revenue Operations team.
  • Manage diary, support with communications and emails, meetings and visitors into building.
  • Manage expenses, travel and associated bookings.
  • Handling sensitive correspondence and communication, understanding the value and importance of confidential information.
  • Support the Revenue Department with internal revenue reporting into the business.
  • Deliver external revenue reporting to commercial vendors, as assigned by VP Sales.
  • Producing high quality reporting and presentations to support VP Sales.
  • Working collaboratively with other Executive Assistants across the business.
  • Ensure compliance with Paramount’s Global Business Conduct Statement (BCS), all internal policies and procedures and relevant statutory and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in an administrative support role ideally within media (or similar) industry.
  • Strong proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications and ability to learn new reporting systems quickly
  • Detail oriented, organised, flexible, timely and accurate
  • Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt and meet deadlines
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills
