• Radio Validation Engineer for Parallel Wireless, focusing on innovative and energy-efficient Open RAN technologies. Engage in system validation and automation testing for next-gen telecommunications.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive system validation activities covering PHY, hardware, and software components.
• Analyze Test Results to identify performance issues and ensure systems meet design and regulatory standards.
• Define, design, and document automated test plans and procedures for 2G/4G/5G Base Stations products, systems, and features.
• Actively participate in hands-on integration, feature enablement, debugging, and regression automation of cellular systems.
• Develop and maintain test setups for both fully automated regression testing and manual test execution.
• Record, investigate, and analyze defects to ensure thorough issue resolution.
• Perform root cause analysis of test case failures and collaborate with development teams to define and implement corrective actions.
• Conduct detailed data analysis and post-processing of test results to extract actionable insights.
• Prepare and deliver regular test execution summary reports, including key performance and quality metrics.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in electronic engineering.
• Over 2 years of experience in system validation of complex communication systems.
• Experienced in developing Python automation test scripts for validation environments.
• Proven expertise in laboratory work and validation of advanced hardware, software, and embedded designs.
• Strong knowledge of RF physical layer testing, including operation of Signal Generators, Spectrum Analyzers, Power Meters, and VNAs.
• Hands-on experience in testing wireless communication systems and a solid understanding of network performance analysis and methodologies.
• Skilled in planning, estimating, and developing comprehensive system test strategies and procedures.
• Familiarity with the cellular test standards of LTE/5G-NR - advantage.
