About the role

• Data Analytics Manager leading Operations Data team for papernest. Involved in financial projections, prediction algorithms, and customer behavior analysis.

Responsibilities

• You’ll be working in the data department, leading the data operations team.
• You’ll report to the Head of Data, with constant interactions with members of the comex.
• You’ll provide data and analysis to improve the efficiency and profitability of the Operations team.
• You’ll lead strategic analysis, informing top management and contributing to the long-term orientation of the Operations team.
• Ensure data reliability and consistency of the data.
• You’re responsible for the transformation, aggregation, and exposure of the data though tables, dashboards, and sheets.
• You’ll lead and structure your team, including recruiting new members.
• You will be responsible for defining the data roadmap and managing complex projects with numerous stakeholders.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a demanding environment combining business and data.
• Previous Stakeholder Management Experience, in Data or Consulting related work.
• Previous Management Experience of a mid-size team.
• Ability to adapt complex data analytics to a diverse audience.
• Prioritization skills in an ever-changing environment.
• Analytical mind, with strong SQL knowledge.
• Strong data visualization skills.
• Fluent in English.
• Fluency in Spanish or French is a plus.
