About the role

  • eCommerce Stockroom Assistant handling picking, packaging, and customer queries in Hamburg. Ensuring accurate order fulfillment with excellent customer experience in a temporary role until early 2026.

Responsibilities

  • Picking, packaging, and distribution of sold items
  • Placing products and refilling the packaging areas
  • Working with IT required for printing and handling of order/return fulfillment (no nightshifts)
  • Providing a professional level of customer service via phone and email with emphasis on strong after sales service
  • Checking and counting stock received for eCommerce inventory and shipping material
  • Ensuring all returns are processed correctly and dealt with efficiently and timeously

Requirements

  • High school diploma, GED, or suitable equivalent
  • 1+ years work experience in a similar role
  • Excellent verbal communication skills
  • Good level of Dutch and English
  • Ability to work harmoniously with a diverse range of people
  • Proficient with using tools required for this position
  • Physically agile and dexterous
  • Hands-on mentality
