About the role

  • E-Commerce Mitarbeiter handling customer orders, returns, and inquiries for MEDIMAX electronics retail. Responsible for product data management and coordination with internal departments.

Responsibilities

  • Acceptance, processing and handling of customer orders
  • Organization of shipping and returns processes
  • Responding to customer inquiries via email, chat and phone
  • Handling complaints and assisting with orders or technical issues
  • Creation and maintenance of product data and upkeep of stock levels
  • Monitoring product availability and close collaboration with our specialist departments

Requirements

  • Completed commercial vocational training, e.g. in retail, wholesale/foreign trade or e-commerce — alternatively, relevant experience as a career changer
  • Basic knowledge of online retail or order processing is an advantage
  • Confident use of common PC applications and enthusiasm for working digitally
  • Strong communication skills, team player and service-oriented demeanor
  • Structured and reliable way of working
  • Very good German language skills, both spoken and written
