About the role

  • HR Administrator focused on payroll and time management for an innovative company in Germany. Role involves data quality assurance in ATOSS and collaboration with external payroll partners.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure proper data quality in ATOSS and independently set up new shift schedules.
  • Manage the monthly payroll process in cooperation with an external full-service partner.
  • Process employee onboarding and offboarding, maintain personnel master data, and calculate allowances and subsidies.
  • Act as the point of contact for authorities, social security agencies, and industry associations.
  • Support the year-end closing of company pension schemes and drive the digitalization of HR processes.

Requirements

  • Business/administrative vocational training, ideally supplemented by further HR qualifications.
  • At least 3–5 years of solid experience in payroll and strong knowledge of income tax and social security law.
  • Confident user of ATOSS and common MS Office applications.
  • Ideally familiar with collective bargaining agreements for the metal and electrical industry (e.g., NRW, BW, or ST).
  • Structured work approach and the ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
