About the role

  • Analista de Compras PL managing supplier negotiations and RFQs in Brazilian e-commerce sector. Collaborating with diverse teams to optimize procurement processes and ensure timely deliveries.

Responsibilities

  • Create market RFQs based on demand;
  • Negotiate payment terms, pricing and quality with suppliers, and ensure delivery of services under contractual agreements;
  • Monitor the purchase order process from issuance through payment to suppliers;
  • Ensure deliveries occur on time and in full (OTIF);
  • Update dashboards with internal and external indicators, IT&C and supplier management;
  • Work with the planning team to monitor high-consumption items to ensure supply and/or appropriate contracts;
  • Ensure accurate information is provided to the Planning, Warehouse and Operations teams;
  • Conduct regular follow-up meetings with the Operations team;
  • Develop procurement processes in conjunction with the Purchasing ERP project, focusing on cost and continuous improvement;
  • Execute sourcing processes and proposal equalization.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree completed;
  • Proficiency with Google Sheets;
  • Knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Ariba), negotiation and procurement;
  • Experience in the purchasing/procurement area.
