About the role
- Financial Analyst responsible for financial routines and analytical reports at Órigo Energia. Collaborating with teams for payment management and financial forecasts.
Responsibilities
- Preparation and verification of payment files, including liaising with banks to resolve adjustments and exceptions.
- Manage payment flows and financial forecasting, preparing analytical reports for management.
- Perform complex bank reconciliations and analyze discrepancies.
- Participate in the monthly close to deliver tasks on schedule and ensure accuracy of information.
- Support internal and external audit routines.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or related fields.
- 3–5 years of prior experience in financial routines, including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and complex reconciliations.
- Intermediate Excel (VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, IF, SUMIFS, PivotTables, chart creation, etc.).
- Strong experience with ERP systems (preferably SAP Business One).
- Solid knowledge of Financial Mathematics (rates, discounts, amortizations, projections).
- Ability to interact with financial institutions for operational matters.
- Active participation in process improvement initiatives, automations, or system implementations.
