- Support grant‑funded program tracking and reporting
- Ensure adherence to municipal, state, and federal financial guidelines
- Partner with cross‑functional teams to improve financial processes and control
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in budgeting, financial analysis, or public‑sector finance
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, lookups, modeling)
- Experience with ERP or financial systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP, Workday, Tyler Munis)
- Ability to interpret financial data and communicate insights clearly
- High attention to detail, accuracy, and documentation discipline
- Knowledge of public‑sector budgeting, grants, or fund accounting (preferred)
- Familiarity with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) (preferred)
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (preferred)
